How does percentage-based pricing work?
We calculate your fee based on actual rent collected each month — not what's invoiced. If a unit is vacant or a tenant hasn't paid, you don't pay us either. Your fee is deducted automatically before remittance, so there's zero admin overhead.
Is the M-Pesa integration included?
Yes. Unlike competitors who charge a one-off KES 15,000 setup fee, our M-Pesa Paybill/Till integration comes standard on every plan. We handle the Daraja API setup, compliance paperwork, and ongoing reconciliation at no extra cost.
What's the 'floor' and 'cap' on the self-managed plan?
The floor ensures we can sustain quality service even on very low rents (e.g. a KES 8,000 bedsitter pays KES 250 instead of KES 200). The cap protects you on premium units — a KES 150,000 apartment is capped at KES 2,500/month instead of the calculated KES 3,750.
What happens when I exceed my unit limit on an Agency plan?
We'll give you a heads-up as you approach your cap. You can upgrade to the next tier at any time — mid-cycle, we'll simply prorate the difference. No interruption, no data migration headaches.
Can I switch between Agency and Self-Managed plans?
Absolutely. If you're transitioning from using an agent to self-management (or vice versa), our team will help migrate your data and recommend the best plan for your new setup.
